Clarification on Retainers
No Retainers or Kinfolk may possess the Elder specialisation.
Retainers are always standard humans, animals, or ghouls unless the character has merits to allow them to have a supernatural retainer of another kind.
Influence
Influence is universal, not “per domain”. If you possess influence it works in all areas of the UK, not just your immediate locale. Downtimes for influence go to your own Storyteller, if you are acting cross-venue they will discuss the outcome with the Storyteller of the venue you are acting in.
FAQ
Can you have a Revenant as a Retainer? If so, is it your disciplines or their line's disciplines that determine what their speciality can be?
Standard rules are that you cannot have anything other than a mortal or ghoul (or kinfolk for woof) as a retainer without a merit to allow it. There is no merit for Revenant retainers at present, so they are not available. Though you could have a ghoul retainer that was named as a revenant for thematic purposes, they cannot have disciplines other than your own.
Would a hellhound mole with aggravated damage be able to dig through house foundations?
Depends on the building. In Dark Ages, it is pretty likely that most buildings would be easy to undermine like this (though time taken to dig through the foundations of, say, a castle, would make it prohibitive for it to have much effect). However, in modern nights many buildings are designed with multiple layers of redundancy, so it would be much harder.
